Tour Mode lets Lev Agent walk you through specific workflows step by step, navigating to the actual pages and making the exact clicks a user would make on the platform. You can access it on any page by clicking into Lev Agent. Instead of reading instructions for a workflow, Tour Mode shows you in real time by completing the workflow itself, so you can follow along and learn by watching.
Using Tour Mode
Tour Mode is accessible from any page on the platform. Tell the Agent which workflow you want to understand, answer any follow-up questions, and watch the Agent walk you through the workflow.
- Switch to Tour Mode — Change the Agent dropdown to Tour Mode from any page on the platform.
- Specify the workflow — Tell the Agent which workflow you want a tour of.
- Answer follow-ups — Respond to any clarifying questions the Agent asks before it begins.
- Watch it happen — Follow along as the Agent completes the workflow in real time.
You must change the Agent to Tour Mode before naming the workflow you want to learn about. This lets the Agent know it is supposed to give you a live walkthrough.
