Adding lenders is how you build your placement list — the group of lenders you plan to reach out to on a deal. Lev Match surfaces recommended lenders based on your deal parameters, and you can supplement those suggestions with lenders from your own network.
Before you add lenders
The lender match is driven by four core inputs from your deal setup: property location, asset type, loan type, and loan amount. These fields need to be complete before you can access your suggested lender list. If the Lenders step in your Suggested Next Steps checklist is grayed out, go back and complete Basic Deal Information and Loan Request Information first.
Once you add the first lender to your placement table, these four fields lock and cannot be edited without removing all lenders first. Make sure your deal parameters are finalized before you start building your list.
Finding lenders
Lev gives you two sources for your placement list, both available from the same matching screen.
Lev Match identifies lenders that fit your deal, ranked by relevance — lenders with active programs in your market, asset class, and loan type appear at the top. Each lender card shows key program details so you can evaluate fit before adding.
Lenders you've previously saved or worked with on the platform. If you have active relationships that match the deal, pulling from My Network is the fastest way to add them.
Add lenders to your deal
On any lender card, click the Add to Deal button. The lender moves from the search list into your placement table.
You can add lenders from both the Suggested and My Network tabs — they all populate the same placement table, so mix and match as you build your list.
Open the Outreach section of your deal to see everyone you've added. From here you can launch outreach, segment by lender type, or keep adding in batches.
Your added lenders appear in the Outreach section of your deal, ready for launch.
You don't need to finalize your full lender list before launching outreach. You can add lenders in batches and send outreach to each group separately, which lets you stage your campaign or prioritize certain lender types first.
