Invite Your Team

Add your colleagues to Lev so everyone on a deal can collaborate on files, lenders, and outreach.

Lev is a multiplayer workspace — every deal, vault, and memo can be shared with teammates so your whole desk works out of a single source of truth.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open workspace members

    Click your workspace name in the top-left corner and choose Members from the menu. This is the admin surface for everyone in your Lev workspace.

  2. Click Invite member and enter emails

    Click Invite member at the top of the Members page, then paste one or more teammate email addresses. You can invite as many people as you need in a single batch.

  3. Pick a role for each invitee

    Choose the access level that fits how this person will work with you:

    Role options
    • Admin — full workspace access, can manage billing and members.
    • Member — can create deals, vaults, and memos; cannot change billing or member roles.
    • Viewer — read-only access to deals they've been added to.
  4. Send invites

    Click Send invites. As soon as they accept, they'll show up in the Members list and can be added to any deal.

    Each invitee receives a one-click email invite to join your workspace.

Add someone to a specific deal

After your teammates join the workspace you can add them to individual deals.

  1. Open the deal's Deal team panel

    Open the deal and click Deal team in the right rail. This opens the roster of everyone who currently has access to this specific deal.

  2. Pick the teammate and their deal role

    Select the teammate from the dropdown and choose their role on the deal. See Deal team for a deeper dive on deal-level roles and permissions.

    The teammate gets a notification and the deal shows up on their dashboard.
