Finding sponsors
In addition to helping you with deal-related tasks or managing your CRM, Lev Agent can identify sponsor prospects to assist with your business development efforts. All you need to do is specify the type of sponsors you're interested in, and the Agent will take it from there.
Start by asking the Agent to help you find sponsors, then confirm the following information about the prospects you're targeting:
- Market/location
- Property focus
- Typical deal size
The Agent will then produce a list of sponsors matching this criteria, including a CSV with contact information for key decision makers at each sponsor company.
