Building the memo
Making a polished offering memorandum is now even easier thanks to Lev Agent. Confirm your deal and documents the Agent will pull from, then let Lev do the rest.
- Start by asking the Agent to create a Memo
- Confirm the deal you want a Memo built for
- Select the Memo Type
- Choose a template and a theme for the deck
- Add any special instructions (e.g., "include a picture of the asset on the cover page")
- Upload any files the Agent requests, then confirm to start the build
The Agent will then start building your Memo as a PowerPoint file. Once the Agent finishes, click the file in the chat to preview it, or open it in Studio to edit it with AI. For the full walkthrough, see Creating a Memo.
