Building the memo
Making a polished offering memorandum is now even easier thanks to Lev Agent. Confirm your deal and documents the Agent will pull from, then let Lev do the rest.
- Start by asking the Agent to create a Memo
- Confirm the deal you want a Memo built for
- Select the Memo Type
- Add any special instructions (e.g., "include a picture of the asset on the cover page")
- Review the outline and relevant documents that will be used to create the Memo
The Agent will then start building your Memo. Once the Agent finishes, you can click into the document and view your new Memo.
