Introduction
Lev Memo offers multiple ways to insert and edit content so that you can easily create and modify your Memos.
Add content
There are two ways to insert a block — a quick button and a keyboard-first shortcut. Both end up on the same content menu, so pick whichever fits the flow you're in.
Option 1: the Insert button
From your Memo library, click into the Memo you're editing and land on any slide.
Double-click in the area where you want to add a new piece of content. A blank line appears and the insert button becomes available.
Click the + button in the margin to open the content menu — it lists every block type you can drop onto the slide.
Use the search field or scroll to find the content type you need, then click it to insert.
The new block appears on the slide, ready to edit.
Option 2: the slash command
From your Memo library, click into the Memo you're editing and land on any slide.
Double-click where you want the block to go so an empty line opens up.
Press / on an empty line. The content menu opens inline right where your cursor is.
Continue typing to filter, or scroll the menu and press Enter on the block you want.
The block drops in at your cursor without leaving the keyboard.

FAQ
Can I customize any content that I add?
Yes, once you add any piece of content, you can edit it as much as you want. See our editing section for more help with editing specific components.
What if I don't see the insert button or slash command?
The command might be still there but hidden on some backgrounds. If not, then try refreshing your Lev Memo or resizing your screen.
