Standalone Campaigns

Learn how to create and launch a Standalone Campaign for prospecting purposes.

Updated August 2026

Standalone Campaigns lets you leverage Lev's outreach and tracking tools, specifically geared towards prospecting leads. Standalone Campaigns can be created from the new Campaigns tab under CRM, on the left side of the platform. A campaign's dedicated page works like a deal's placement table. You can track progress from the Recipients tab, and adjust your outreach messaging from the Sequence tab. Standalone Campaigns provide a designated prospecting workflow and gives you actionable next steps for any leads you've added to your CRM.

This article covers the workflow for Standalone Campaigns, which aren't attached to a deal. For Campaigns & Sequences tied to a specific deal, see Campaigns & Sequences in the Launching a Deal article.

Creating a Standalone Campaign

It's helpful to run different campaigns based on the types of recipients you're targeting, such as Property Owners or Sponsors.

To get started, open the Campaigns tab under CRM on the left side of the platform, then click Create campaign.

Creating and launching a Standalone Campaign
  • Name your campaign — Enter a name, then click Create campaign.
  • Add recipients — Click +Add recipients and select the entries from your CRM to include in the campaign.
  • Adjust the messaging — Open the Sequence tab and type the email copy manually, use an existing template, or have the Lev agent write it for you.
  • Add a follow-up — Add another touch point for increased exposure. Click + Add follow up, then use any of the methods above to add the email copy.
  • Save as a template — Click the three dots in the top right of the email body, then select Save as template to reuse the campaign for future outreach.
  • Launch the campaign — Click Launch new recipients in the top right to send the campaign to any new recipients.

Once you launch the campaign, you can track individual replies by clicking into each conversation under the Recipients tab. Just like deal-related outreach, you can view and manage these threads from the platform or your native email portal.
