The Recent Terms tab shows a list of anonymized deal terms based on recent transaction data captured by the Lev platform.
This is a great tool for understanding the types of term sheets being received across different markets. It can also be used to compare terms that you receive against broader market standards.
Using Deal Term Filters
Terms on this page are broken down by a number of deal components, such as Asset Type + Subtype, Loan Type, Loan Request Amount, and Market.
- You can use the filter button on the top left of the screen to further specify the types of deal terms you'd like to view. Filter options include Transaction Type, Asset Type + Subtype, Lender Type, State, and Loan Type.
- You can also click Show My Terms to only display term sets from your deals. This is helpful for seeing all the sets of terms you've received in a list view.
