The Directory is a useful tool for gathering high-level information on a particular lender and their programs. There are over 7,000 lenders integrated with the Lev platform, with more lenders regularly being added.
You can search for a lender by name, or you can search by lending tendencies to learn which lenders typically handle different types of deals.
Lender Cards
Click on any lender to view their lender card, which provides an overview of the following information:
- Insights: Analysis of the lender's transaction history, broken down by asset type, loan size, and asset location.
- Programs: The various programs offered by the lender.
- Emails: Any emails from conversations that you've had with contacts at the lender.
- Deals: A list of deals on the platform that you've added the lender to.
- Notes: Any notes that you've manually added related to the lender.
Search by Lender Focus
In addition to searching for lenders by name, you can search by lender focus to see which lenders commonly handle different kinds of deals across each state.
- Start by entering the state you'd like to view lenders for. You can only filter by one state at a time, and you'll always need to include a state before applying other filters.
- Use additional filters to further narrow your search results — these include Asset Type, Lender Type, Loan Amount, and Capital Position.
- Unlike state selection, the four additional filters are optional and you can make multiple selections for each.
