The Pulse Items tab displays a mix of qualitative and quantitative feedback that lenders provide on the Lev platform. Unlike the Recent Terms tab, the identity of the lender who provides each piece of feedback is shown on this page.
You can use the search bar in the top left of your screen to find different Pulse Items based on keywords, such as "DSCR", "Recourse", or "LTV".
Using Pulse Item Filters
- Feedback is broken down by Lender, Category, and the attributed Pulse Item.
- You can sort your data further using the filter button located next to the search bar. Filter options include Category and State.
