What the Matrix Shows
When a lender sends a quote via email or attachment, Lev reads the message and pulls in key data like:
- Interest rate
- Loan proceeds
- Amortization period
- Term length
All of this appears side by side in the Deal Matrix, making it easier to compare apples to apples.
How to Get Accurate Results
To make sure Lev can read quotes:
- Include key terms in the body of the email or a clearly labeled PDF.
- Use bullet points or simple formatting to help Lev extract data.
Editing or Adding Manually
If Lev misses a quote—or if a lender gives you details over the phone—you can still add it manually:
- Click the pencil icon in the Matrix.
- Enter the missing fields or adjust the existing ones.
