Enable Contact Sync
This is an automated syncing feature that identifies new lender contacts based on your deal-related email conversations, and allows you to add those lender contacts into the CRM seamlessly.

This will add lenders on the company level, meaning your entire team can see the contact, but the message history with the contacts will be private to you. This provides full visibility of contacts, past deals, and any of our profile information for the lender in our database for your entire team. Each team member can opt in or out of adding their contacts to the Lenders CRM.
As with deal-related email integration, Contact Sync will never access personal emails or regular business threads.
Manual Upload
You can manually add contacts by clicking the "Add Contact" button in the top right corner of the Lenders CRM.

Within each lender profile, you will have access to a summary of their active programs, recent transactions, and more. You can also leverage Pulse Items to ensure you stay up-to-date on the latest deal feedback from the lender.
