Lev provides a multi-product software platform for commercial real estate deal teams (including sponsors and brokers) to manage deal workflows and relationships. The Service may include features that help users store, organize, and share information and materials, and may include automated features (such as analytics and AI). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers (such as businesses and other organizations) while providing the Lev platform to them. Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers may be governed by our agreements with such customers. Our websites, products and services are designed for business customers and their representatives. We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family or household purposes.
