Automated task reminders
Lev Vault automatically sends reminder emails to assignees before task due dates and follows up on overdue items. You can configure how many days before the due date to send reminders and set the maximum number of follow-ups per task. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks during your closing process without you having to manually track and chase down every deliverable.
Deal data dashboard
View all extracted information from your uploaded documents in a comprehensive data dashboard. The new interface organizes property details, financial metrics, and lease information into searchable sections, making it easy to review and verify extracted deal data. A real-time status bar shows extraction progress when documents are being processed, so you know exactly when new data becomes available.
Advanced company type filtering
You can now filter your contacts and companies by specific types like equity firms, legal counsel, or finance brokers, plus create custom categories for specialized roles. The enhanced filtering system lets you quickly find the right professionals for each deal by combining multiple search criteria.

Sponsor visibility for borrowers
Borrowers can now see sponsor names on deal cards throughout the pipeline, including the kanban board and map view. You can also add and manage sponsor contacts directly from your address book, giving borrowers the same sponsor management capabilities that brokers have always had.
Full-screen AI workspace
Lev AI now has its own dedicated page at /agent, giving you a distraction-free environment to work with AI on complex deals and analysis. The expanded workspace includes a collapsible session history sidebar where you can browse, rename, and switch between past conversations without losing context. Each conversation gets its own shareable URL, so you can bookmark important sessions or share AI insights with your team.

API key management
You can now create and manage API keys directly from your Settings page to connect Lev with your existing CRM, analytics tools, or custom workflows. Generate secure keys with either full access or read-only permissions, and easily revoke them when needed to maintain security across your organization.
Multi-workspace navigation
You can now work across multiple companies or teams from a single Lev account. The new workspace selector lets you choose your active workspace and easily switch between organizations using the dropdown in your profile menu. All your deals, memos, and files are automatically organized by workspace to keep your work separate and secure.
