Templates let you standardize workflows across similar deal types for consistent execution.
Clone memos
You can now create copies of existing memos with all their content and formatting intact. When you clone a memo, Lev creates a new draft that preserves all the work you've done while allowing you to customize it for a different deal or scenario.
Deal data dashboard
Access all extracted deal information from your uploaded documents in one comprehensive dashboard. The new data tab organizes property details, financial metrics, sponsor information, and property photos into an intuitive sidebar navigation, making it easy to review and verify key deal facts without switching between multiple files or platforms.
Always-available pipeline filters
You can now access and apply filters to your deal pipeline immediately, without waiting for suggested lenders or other data to finish loading. This means you can start narrowing down your deals by transaction type, loan amount, status, and other criteria right away, making your workflow more efficient.
Filter awareness dialog
When you start a lender search, you'll now see a dialog showing which lender types and capital sources are pre-selected based on your deal criteria. You can review and adjust these filters before your search results load, ensuring you're seeing the most relevant lenders for your specific financing needs.

Font and formatting controls
You can now customize font families, sizes, and text formatting in your email composer when reaching out to lenders. Set your default preferences once, then apply custom formatting to specific text selections as needed. This gives you more control over the professional appearance of your outreach emails and helps ensure your communications match your firm's branding standards.
Drag-and-drop file uploads
You can now drag files directly from your desktop or file explorer into any vault section to upload them instantly. This streamlined approach eliminates the need to navigate through file browsers, saving you valuable time when organizing deal materials for lender outreach.
