Build any document type from Lev Agent

Any user can ask Lev Agent to build a Memo from a natural-language request. Lev handles Debt, Equity, and IS offering memorandums at the same quality as before, plus BOVs, credit memos, and freeform documents. Lev tracks which document types users create and uses that signal to improve skills over time.

Queue chat uploads for fact extraction

Files you upload in Lev Agent chat are now queued for fact extraction when you build a Memo. The credit cost for extraction is included in the Memo build cost shown before you confirm, so you see the full price upfront with no surprise charges.

Set up brand settings before you publish

When Lev detects that your organization has not configured brand settings, admins who can edit branding are prompted to set them up. That applies only to admins with branding permissions, so exported Memos reflect your company's look from the first deck you send.

Improve images with AI Image Studio

The AI Image Studio is now live in every image menu across Memo. Open any image, describe the improvement you want, and Lev applies quality adjustments without leaving the editor.

Upscale blurry extracted images automatically

When Lev extracts images from uploaded documents, blurry or low-resolution photos are upscaled automatically. There is no additional credit cost beyond fact extraction today, so you get sharper visuals without a separate upscale step.
