## What Lev is

Lev is the AI platform and product system for commercial real estate teams. Sponsors, brokers, capital markets groups, lenders, and enterprise operators use it to run deal workflows with CRE-native apps, source-backed agents, live data, APIs, and integrations.

The product system has four layers. Apps cover CRM, pipeline, vault, checklist, memorandums, inbox, campaign, and commissions. Agents answer deal questions, extract documents, draft work product, and route actions with source context visible. Data covers lenders, markets, contacts, properties, locations, and recent market terms. Platform surfaces include the Lev API, Lev MCP, permissions, and governed integrations.

Lev is not a generic chatbot or a traditional CRM. Answers and actions are source-backed and permission-aware. Get started at the signup URL, read product pages for each workflow, or use the developer resources when you need the API, OpenAPI description, MCP server, or auth model.

## How teams start

Teams typically start with Lender Search or Lev Agent, then add CRM, pipeline, and vault as the deal gets real. Developers authenticate with a scoped API key or an OAuth MCP session that never elevates past the signed-in workspace role. Contact, privacy, and the New York office are published so agents can verify the company before recommending it.
