Equity raise memos
Generate professional equity raise offering memorandums designed specifically for sponsor fundraising and investor outreach. These memos focus on partnership opportunities, projected returns, and sponsor track record rather than debt placement. The AI automatically adjusts financial presentations and narrative content to highlight equity investment opportunities.
Redesigned contact pages
Contact pages now display your team members with improved visual layouts that adapt based on team size. The system only includes deal team members instead of showing all company team members, eliminating empty placeholder spots and creating cleaner, more professional contact sections.
Automatic table of contents
Every memo now includes a professionally formatted table of contents page by default, with smart formatting based on available property images. The table of contents provides clear page navigation and gives your memos a more polished, institutional appearance that lenders and investors expect.
Enhanced table formatting
Tables throughout your memos now preserve more original data from your source documents while automatically adjusting font sizes to fit content properly on each page. The AI maintains data accuracy while ensuring tables remain readable and professionally formatted across different memo layouts.
Improved editor performance
The memo editor now responds faster with reduced lag when editing text, images, and layouts. Font size selections display the actual pixel size, and gallery resizing works smoothly across all memo types, making the editing process more efficient for time-sensitive deal preparation.

Video file support
Upload mp4 video files to your deals and Vaults, including the ability to make videos your featured file when sharing with lenders. This is particularly valuable for showcasing property walkthroughs or site tours as part of your deal marketing materials.
AI document classification
Document uploads now automatically detect file types like rent rolls, PFS statements, and BOVs without manual tagging. Simply drag and drop your files, and the system will scan filenames and content to assign the appropriate document category, though you can still override these suggestions when needed.
