Introduction

Lev Memo provides a set of smart layout templates to help you easily structure content. This component allows you to create visually organized Memos without having to worry about the nitty gritty details of formatting and alignment.

What are Smart Layouts

Smart Layout are pre-designed components that simplify content structuring and formatting. Whether you're creating different card, comparables, or galleries, these templates ensure your content looks polished without manual adjustments.

Adding a Smart Layout

Slash Command or Insert Menu

  1. Slash Command - type " /[smart layout name] " or scroll down to choose the appropriate smart layout
  2. Click on the desired smart layout from the Insert Menu

By Adding a New Slide

  1. Click on the "+" button to add a new slide below any slide
  2. In the modal to select a template, select any of the templates in the Profiles or Content section that has a Smart Layout (Meet the Team, Statistics, Key Points, Icons with Text, Images with Text)

Editing a Smart Layout

Editing Content in a Smart Layout

Editing any content in a smart layout works the same way as editing the same piece of content outside a smart layout
  1. Click on the text / image / table that you want to edit inside the layout section
  2. Perform any edits as neededs

Changing the Smart Layout

  1. Click on the vertical dots menu of the layout that you want to change
  2. A toolbar will appear and the first option on the left will allow you to swap between smart layouts
  3. Lev Memo will then automatically adjust the content for you

Styling the Smart Layout

  1. Click on the vertical dots menu of the layout that you want to change
  2. Use the styling toolbar that appears to adjust the smart layout, this includes:
  1. Direction - whether the cards are arranged vertically or horizontally
  2. Spacing - the space between the cards
  3. Padding - the margin within each layout card
  4. Column Size - how wide the card is
  5. Background Color - the background of the card
  6. Shape - the shape of the card
  1. You are also able to style each card individually too
