Adding documents to your deal helps lenders evaluate the opportunity and speeds up the process.

What to Upload

Essential documents:
  • Rent roll
  • Operating statements (T12, T3)
  • Property photos
  • Site plan / Floor plans
Nice to have:
  • Appraisal
  • Environmental reports
  • Title documents
  • Existing loan docs (for refinance)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Deal Files

From your deal, click the Files tab.

Click Upload

Click Upload Files or drag and drop files directly.

Select Files

Choose files from your computer. Supported formats: PDF (recommended), Excel/CSV, Word documents, and images (JPG, PNG).

Organize into Folders

Organize files into categories: Financials, Property Info, Legal, Photos.

Add File Descriptions (Optional)

Add notes to help lenders understand each file.

Set Visibility

Choose who can see each file: All lenders on the deal, Specific lenders only, or Internal only (not shared).
Tips
PDF format is preferred—it preserves formatting. Compress large files to speed up uploads. Keep file names clear and descriptive. You can upload more files anytime.
