Control who sees what. Different lenders may need different access levels at different stages of the deal.
Permission Levels
- View Only: Can see files in browser, no downloads
- Download: Can download files
- Full Access: Download + see analytics
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Vault Settings
From your vault, click Settings or the gear icon.

View Current Access
See who has access to this vault: lenders with link access, individual permissions, and team member access.

Change Default Permissions
Update the default for anyone with the link: View only, Download, or Full access.

Set Individual Lender Permissions
Override defaults for specific lenders: Find the lender in the list, click the permission dropdown, and select the new permission level.

Revoke Access
To remove access: Click Revoke next to the lender, or disable the entire link.

Require Email to View
Enable Require email to access to know exactly who's viewing, capture contact info from new viewers, and control access more tightly.

Set Password (Optional)
Add an extra layer of security with a password requirement.

Save Changes
Click Save to apply permission changes.
Best Practices
Start with view-only, upgrade as deals progress. Use email gate for widely shared links. Revoke access after deals close or fall through. Review access list periodically.
