Lev Memo lets you share your finished deck with lenders from a Vault or download it as a PowerPoint file. Lev saves every Memo to the deal's Resources tab as soon as the build finishes, so it's ready to share without a separate publish step. Review the deck in Studio before you send it.

## Sharing with lenders {#sharing-with-lenders}

- **Open the deal's Resources** — Go to the *Resources* tab on the deal.
- **Add the Memo to a Vault** — Hover over the Memo, click *Add to Vault*, and pick one or more Vaults.
- **Feature the Memo (optional)** — In the Vault's Files table, open the Memo's menu and select *Set as featured* to pin it to the top of the Vault.
- **Send the Vault link** — Click *Share* in the Vault and send each lender their unique link.

  Each lender gets a unique Vault link with its own access settings. For more on links and permissions, see **[Share a Vault Link](/learn/vault/sharing-a-vault-link)**.

## Downloading your Memo {#downloading-your-memo}

Download the deck to send the file directly or to keep an offline copy.

- **Open the Memo in Studio** — Open *Studio* in the left sidebar, then select the Memo on the *Projects* tab.
- **Download the deck** — Click *More options*, then select *Download*.

  Memos download as PowerPoint files. To send a PDF, open the file in PowerPoint and export it from there.
