Lev Memo lets you edit your deck with AI or by hand in PowerPoint. Every Memo is a PowerPoint file that opens in Studio, where you describe changes in plain English and Lev Agent applies them to the deck. When you want full control, download the file, edit it in PowerPoint, and upload it back to the deal.

## Opening a Memo in Studio {#opening-a-memo-in-studio}

**Studio** is the home for every Memo you build. Open *Studio* in the left sidebar, then find your Memo on the *Projects* tab. Each Memo opens in a **viewer** with slide thumbnails, zoom controls, and the **citations** that link the deck's facts back to their sources.

Click the Memo's name at the top of the viewer to rename it. From the viewer's menu, show or hide *Thumbnails*, or turn on *Citations* to see where each fact came from. The *Citations* option only appears when the deck has citations. You can also preview the Memo from the deal's Resources tab and click *Open in Studio*.

## Editing with AI {#editing-with-ai}

Edit with AI lets you describe a change in plain English and have Lev Agent update the deck for you.

- **Open Edit with AI** — Click *More options* in the viewer toolbar, then select *Edit with AI*.
- **Select what to change (optional)** — Turn on *Annotation mode*, select a slide, element, or text, then click *Add to chat*.
- **Describe the edit** — Tell the agent what to change, such as rewording a section or updating a figure, and send the message.
- **Review the update** — Check the slides once the deck reloads with the agent's changes.

  Lev saves each edit to the same Memo file, so the copy in the deal's Resources tab always reflects your latest changes.

## Editing in PowerPoint {#editing-in-powerpoint}

Download the deck to edit it in PowerPoint, then upload the finished file back to the deal so it's ready to share.

- **Download the deck** — Click *More options*, then select *Download*.
- **Edit in PowerPoint** — Open the file in PowerPoint and make your changes.
- **Upload the edited deck** — On the deal's Resources tab, click *Add content*, then *Upload files*.

  The upload is saved as a new file next to the original Memo. Give the files distinct names so you share the right version with lenders.
