Lev Memo lets you turn deal data and underwriting into a branded offering memorandum, delivered as a PowerPoint file. You build every Memo in a conversation with Lev Agent, and each Memo is tied to a deal on the Lev platform. Your templates and themes carry your branding into every deck. Create the deal first, or create it with Lev Agent as you go.

## Building the draft {#building-the-draft}

- **Start the Memo** — Click *Create a memo* under Quick Actions on the Deal Overview page.
- **Select the Memo type** — If you didn't name one in your request, choose the type that most closely matches the transaction, such as a Debt OM or an Equity Raise OM.
- **Choose a template and theme** — Pick a layout from the *Template* dropdown and a color and font set from the *Theme* dropdown, then click *Submit*.
- **Upload requested files** — If the deal is missing key property or transaction details, attach the files the agent asks for, such as a rent roll or T12.
- **Confirm and build** — Answer the agent's confirmation to start the build, and follow its progress in the chat.

  Choosing a template also selects that template's default theme. Pick a different theme to change the deck's colors and fonts without changing its layout.

## Opening your Memo {#opening-your-memo}

When the build finishes, Lev Agent posts your Memo in the chat as a PowerPoint file named after the Memo. Lev also saves the file to the deal's **Resources** tab and lists it under **Projects** in **Studio**, so you can return to it after the conversation ends.

Click the file in the chat to open a preview next to the conversation. From the preview, click *Download* to save the deck, or open it in Studio to keep editing. To change the content or design, see **[Editing a Memo](/learn/studio/editing-a-memo)**. To send the deck to lenders, see **[Sharing a Memo](/learn/studio/sharing-a-memo)**.
