The Recent Terms tab shows a list of anonymized deal terms based on recent transaction data captured by the Lev platform.

This is a great tool for understanding the types of term sheets being received across different markets. It can also be used to compare terms that you receive against broader market standards.

Using Deal Term Filters

Terms in the table are broken down by a number of deal components, such as **Asset Type + Subtype**, **Loan Type**, **Loan Request Amount**, and **Market**.

1. **Apply deal-term filters.** Click the filter button on the top left of the screen to specify the types of deal terms you'd like to view. Options include **Transaction Type**, **Asset Type + Subtype**, **Lender Type**, **State**, and **Loan Type**.
2. **Compare against your own terms.** Click **Show My Terms** to only display term sets from your deals. This is helpful for seeing all the sets of terms you've received in a list view.
