We build software commercial real estate professionals love.

We started Lev in 2019 to digitize commercial real estate capital markets — to make financing faster, clearer, and less painful for everyone involved.

We began as a tech-enabled brokerage: strong software, sharp operators, deals getting done. Lev Capital grew quickly, brokering over $2B in loans with more than $100MM in backing from top-tier VCs.

As we scaled, we learned something important: our software could only go as far as our brokerage operations allowed. We are exceptional at building software — not at running a brokerage at scale.

So we chose to focus on what we do best.

In 2023, we shut down the brokerage and went all in on the platform — the operating system where CRE transactions happen. Today, brokers and capital markets teams use Lev to manage relationships, market deals, and close in one place.
